Pregnancy Center of Okeechobee

We desire to provide education and support to people in our community as they make important decisions about pregnancy. We strive to create a safe, confidential and caring haven in which options can be provided for women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy, provide practical services related to pregnancy, childrearing, and relationships.

All services provided at the Pregnancy Center of Okeechobee are confidential and FREE. The Pregnancy Center of Okeechobee desires to serve the whole community, regardless of race, creed, age, economic status, or marital status.

Confidential Services

  • Think you may be pregnant? We offer free pregnancy tests on Tuesdays & Thursdays. The confidentiality of each client is highly honored.

    If you are pregnant, we will provide you with a confirmation slip stating the result of your pregnancy test the same day of your visit to our Center. The Medicaid office will accept this slip as confirmation of pregnancy if you qualify for Medicaid.

    We offer community referrals and make every effort to assist you in finding any other necessary help you may need. Our staff and volunteers are caring, compassionate and concerned. Many have experienced an unplanned pregnancy as well.

  • A picture is worth a thousand words. Free Ultrasound services provided by a licensed sonographer

  • Ongoing healthcare is essential to a woman's health and safety. We offer free breast exams, pelvic exams, and a pap smear. All exams are done by a physician. Call today to see if you qualify for a wellness exam.

  • We now offer free and confidential testing for Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI). This is a test for Chlamydia & Gonorrhea, two of the most common STI's. This testing is available for both men and women.

  • We provide a safe, comfortable place to discuss all pregnancy options. Medically accurate information given.

  • Classes provide clients with the tools needed to become successful parents

  • Items such as diapers, clothing, and more are offered through our Earn While You Learn program.

  • We provide answers to questions regarding lovingly placing your baby for adoption. We also provide referrals to adoption agencies and support as you make your decision.

  • Are you still thinking about an abortion you had? Many women struggle after an abortion. We offer helpful resources and a place to find hope, healing, and compassion.
